Let Castle Dome Solutions custom blend your liquid or dry powder formulations. Our team can uniformly blend your custom formulation according to your individual product specifications and have detailed quality control measures in place to insure formulation consistency.

Blending Equipment

For dry powder formulations: Ribbon Blender, can blend batch sizes from 1,000-4,000 lbs depending on bulk density

For liquid formulations: can blend 250 gallon totes and 55 gallon drums

Water Soluble Form Fill & Seal Pouches/Pods:

Equipment: High Speed Rotary

• fill weights from 10g-70g
• liquid or dry powder
• Fast run speed- up to 900 pods per minute
• clear or colored films available
• custom printing available
• 3 standard pod sizes that allow variable depths:
  1" x 1.25"
  1.75" x 1.75"
  3" x 2"
• Castle Dome can cost effectively fabricate custom tooling for your POD packaging needs.

Equipment: Hayssen Vertical Form Fill and Seal

• More flexibility in package sizes
• Narrow pods can be created to fit through the neck of spray bottles
• Size options range from 1" -12" wide and 2"-18" long
• Can run water soluble film or laminated roll stock

Secondary Packaging

Products packaged in water soluble film need to be protected from moisture contamination. Castle Dome Solutions can pack your single dose pods into whatever "shelf ready" container is needed. Common secondary packaging formats include:

• Re-sealable "stand up pouches" (SUP)
• Buckets with lids
• Tub style containers
• Collectible tins or jars

You can provide your own secondary packaging for us to fill or you can let our packaging design partners help you create the best packaging format to meet your individual product needs.
