We've relocated our facility to Helena, AR to reduce transportation costs and position ourselves more strategically for customers. With more than 25 years experience specializing in water soluble packaging, Castle Dome is committed to providing customer with single dose packaging options for the consumer and commercial marketplace.

• Key importance in our business is quality product and customer confidentiality.
• Our Castle Dome Solutions (in Helena, AR) facilities were specifically designed to address worker safety, environmental containment and to capitalize on our long history with PVA (water soluble films) with our POD machines. PODs are an excellent unit dose packages - without environment contamination.
• To satisfy these requirements all production areas are air conditioned and humidity controlled. All buildings are fully sprinkled to insure fire water retention.

Our new facility is strategically located in Helena, AR just south of Memphis and right off Highway 40.

Facility

We have a renovated 20,150 sq ft facility featuring a 1000 sq ft packaging room, a 2500 sq ft blending and formulation area, an 11,000sqft warehouse, and a 3500sqft secondary packaging room. The packaging and blending areas are temperature and humidity controlled to insure film stability during production and packaging.
